Pantone selected mimosa as the colour of year 2009. The company thought that yellow exemplifies the warmth and nurturing quality of the sun as humans are naturally drawn to for reassurance, especially mimosa speaks to enlightenment, as it is a hue that sparks imagination and innovation. I think this color can give us warmth and cheerfulness. It can mix with any other color and is suitable for appearl.
